All council and committee meetings are open to the public.

The meetings begin at 7.30pm and are held in the Community Club. If you wish to speak to any individual Councillor they are available from 7.10-7.30pm before the Parish Council meetings, but they will also be happy to meet you or speak to you at any other reasonable time. There is also a set time in each Parish Council meeting when parishioners can ask questions. Parishioners may also ask questions at committee meetings.

The Annual Parish Meeting has to be held each year between 1st March and 1st June. It has to be chaired by the Chair of the Parish Council. It is not only for Parish Council business but for Parish business. All organisations within the Parish are invited to give a report. We welcome all who want to come to this meeting, including people from other parishes and the press. However, only those on the electoral roll of the Parish may speak and/or vote. There is an item for questions at the end of the meeting, however, it is better if questions are sent to the Clerk before the meeting.

The agenda for all meetings is published on noticeboards in the Parish and this website page three clear days before the meeting. Minutes from Parish Council or committee meetings will appear on this website page two days after the next Parish Council or committee meeting, when they have been confirmed.

Noticeboards in the parish can be found at the following locations:
Churchill post office
Langford post office
Next to the post box by Churchill Primary School fence
Budgens
Memorial Hall
Dolberrow.
